   A Mother... a Father... a Daughter... a Dream... a Deli... a Success! Yes, but we tend to think of our success as somewhat of a miracle. Side-stepping most of the "book" procedures to follow in creating a business, we relied on a simple formula. A good product at a good price with good service! Armed only with these credentials,we forged ahead and it has, even to this day, remained our credo.

   The rest is history and our faithful customers have anchored us as a milestone in Escondido for 30 years and counting! With Mom's delicious spaghetti sauce and meatballs still being our foundation, we have greatly expanded our menu to satisfy even the most discerning of customers.
